Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
At Momentum Performance & Health, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. To ensure fairness and efficient scheduling for all clients, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
First Occurrence: We recognize that unexpected situations can arise, so your first missed or late-canceled session will be excused with no charge.
After the First Occurrence: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session or do not show up, you will be charged for the session. This policy is in place to allow enough time to offer the open slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and effective schedule for all clients. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Guaranteed Satisfaction
At Momentum Performance & Health, we are committed to delivering real results and helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. We stand behind our training methods, coaching, and the progress you can make with consistency and effort.
If you fully commit to the program—attending scheduled sessions, following guidance, and putting in the effort—but do not see or feel measurable progress, we will refund you for that month’s training.
Our goal is to create a training environment where you feel supported, challenged, and continuously improving. Your success is our priority, and we are confident in the results we can help you achieve.
If you have concerns about your progress, please communicate with us, and we will work together to make necessary adjustments before issuing a refund. Your satisfaction matters, and we are here to help you every step of the way.
Sports Performance Refund & Package Completion Policy
At Momentum Performance & Health, we are committed to providing high-quality sports performance training designed to help athletes reach their full potential. We want every athlete to feel confident in their training experience, which is why we offer a 14-day refund policy from the completion of the first session in your training package.
If, for any reason, you feel that our program is not the right fit within this period, you may request a refund. After 14 days from your first completed session, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Our goal is to ensure that every athlete receives the best possible training experience. If you have any concerns or feedback, we encourage open communication so we can make adjustments and help you get the most out of your training.
The time required to complete a session package after it is purchased is as follows:
8 Session Package Purchases have 3 months (90 days) from the time of purchase to be completed before expiration
16 Session Packages Purchases have 4 months from the time of purchase to be completed before expiration
32 Session packages have 6 months from the time of purchase to be completed before expiration
If for some reason you wish to pause or put your session on hold or ask for an extension (perhaps due to injury or being in-season) then please communicate.
